The latex rubber backing ensures your area rugs stay firmly in place, eliminating slipping, sliding, bunching, and wrinkles. While you don’t need to provide area rugs with this product, the backing alone adds significant stability.

RECOMMENDED USE

For larger area rugs, over 5x8, the rug pad with latex backing provides exceptional non-slip functionality. For smaller rugs under 5x8, we recommend using rug tape or non-slip corner tabs to enhance non-slip grip in high-traffic areas.

CUSTOMIZABLE SIZING

Simply trim the rug pad with scissors to fit your area rug perfectly. For the 3/8” and 1/2" thick options, trim 2” short of the perimeter. For the 1/4" thick option, trim 1” to 2” short for a custom fit.

FLOORING TYPES

Use this rug pad for carpet by placing it felt side down under your rug. For hard surfaces, use the non-slip latex rubber side down for optimal protection and grip.
